A proper Cornish maid with a rich Cornish heritage, Lamorna Ireland has taken inspiration from the beautiful county from a very young age. Whilst teaching English in a local secondary school and being a dedicated wife and mother, Lamorna has always taken joy from the written word. She has released three novels set in Cornwall, Unexpected Beginnings, Unexpected Truths and Along a Cornish Creek and a christmas novella.
Lamorna’s love for coffee and quality food inspired her to write a blog for some of her favourite tearooms and cafés, whilst taking her debut novel on its own unique book tour. Her blog Lamorna Corner can be found bursting with positive vibes and yummy places to visit, including The Elm Tree tearooms and Duchy of Cornwall Nursery.
Lamorna continues to spend her free time adventuring around her beautiful home county, her feet firmly rooted to the place of her ancestors.
