If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product when it arrives, if you return it to us within 14 days of receipt we will exchange it or refund the amount you paid for the item, whichever you prefer. We want you to be delighted with your purchase and all your dealings with us and will endeavour to make returns as easy and as satisfying as possible.

You have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Distance Selling regulation, we will refund your total purchase amount.


Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. Download and print a Returns Form here. To exchange a product, please fill in the details of the exchange on the Returns Form. Any feedback that you have about the product you are returning enables us to improve the products we sell, so telling us why you are returning it is especially helpful to us.

You will need to pay for the postage of any returned items but this will be re-imbursed with any refunds made to you.


Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference until you have received your refund. The Post Office will supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. We cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item so you will need your proof of posting in the event that the item isn’t delivered to us.
