The Cornish Authors Bookshop is based in Terrace Gallery, Penryn and posssibly holds the biggest collection of books written by Cornish Authors.
The independent bookshop began as part of a campaign to support local authors and book illustrators, filling an essential gap in the demand for local books by local authors. The idea was so popular that their permanent range of book categories spans from non-fiction Art and photography, Memoirs, and Walking Guides, to Thrillers, Romance, Mystery, Short Story collections and Children’s books.
The bookshop is run by the Writers Collective, who also run the Falmouth and Penryn LitFest Fringe event every October.
