Abigail Ottley writes poetry and short fiction. Her work has featured in more than 250 magazines and journals, most recently in Twisted Ink and Inkfish.
This year, she placed second in the Plaza Prose Poem Competition and won the Wildfire 150 Flash Award for the second year running. Twice commended in The Page is Printed and commended in the Welshpool and What We Inherit From Water, she recently placed third in the International Patricia Eschen Poetry Prize.
Abigail lives in Penzance where she is a founding member of the all-female Mor Poet Collective. Her debut collection, Out of Eden, will be published by Yaffle’s Nest in May, 2025
